Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All US orders $100+ orders ship FREE. US orders under $100: $7.95 flat rate. International: $9.95 flat rate.

How long until I receive my order?

All items are made-to-order:
• Production: 5–10 business days
• US delivery: 12–24 business days total
• International: 15–35 business days total
Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year): up to 6 weeks.

What if my order is defective or damaged?

30-Day Quality Guarantee – If anything is wrong, we send a free replacement or full refund. No return needed – just email photos within 30 days.

Can I return if I don’t like it or chose wrong size?

No – because every item is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing mistakes. Please check our Size Chart carefully before ordering.

My tracking hasn’t updated / says delivered but I didn’t get it

• Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
• Check with neighbors or mailbox
• If still missing after 60 days → full refund or free replacement

Will I have to pay customs fees (international orders)?

Yes – customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and not included in the order total.

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?

We are a U.S.-registered company (Fadova LLC, Wyoming) but operate 100% online. → No physical store or pickup available.
