Lost Orders
If our shipping company says your order is "lost," we will send you a replacement at our cost or give you a full refund.
Return Policy
Your item is eligible for return if at least one of the following happens:
+ The printed image is not clear.
+ The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
+ The package was delivered in accordance with the order.
+ Damaged delivery: ripped, filthy...
+ The order is not the right size, color, or style compared to the listing.
Other blunders made by us
If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or our website with pictures of the errors and your order number. We will refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.
Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds Policy
If your item is eligible for a refund (see the RETURN POLICY for details), we will give you a refund within 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to place the order.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, call your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you, but just in case, read below!
If the product encounters one of the problems listed below when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and emailing us directly with your order number.
- The printed image is not clear.
- The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
- The package was received against the order.
- Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty...
- The order is not the right size, color, or style compared to the list.
- Other mistakes caused by us
Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product.
NOTE: Please refer to the size guide here: Sizing Charts We will not take any responsibility for the size if we make it per your request. In the event that we ship the wrong size in comparison to the order, we will follow the above policy.
Please choose the appropriate shipping option for Christmas and New Year's.
If you choose standard shipping for Christmas or a holiday, we will not issue a refund.
