• Custom Made-to-Order: Every item is printed and sewn after you place your order. This means slight variations in print placement or color shade may occur — this is normal and part of the handmade nature of print-on-demand.
• Color Variations: Colors may appear slightly different on screen vs real life due to monitor calibration and fabric dye lots. We do our best to match the preview as closely as possible.
• Shipping Times: Estimated delivery is 12–35 business days depending on location. Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year) may extend up to 6 weeks. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs hold-ups.
• International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and not included in the order total.
• No Physical Store: Fadogear is a 100% online brand. We do not offer in-person pickup or local returns.
