Do you offer free shipping? (+)

Yes! All US orders $100+ ship FREE. US orders under $100: $7.95 flat rate. International: $9.95 flat rate.

How long until I receive my order? (+)

All items are made-to-order:
• Production: 5–7 business days
• US delivery: 12–17 business days total
• International: 15–27 business days total
Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year): may add 1–2 weeks to the estimated delivery time.

What if my order is defective or damaged? (+)

30-Day Quality Guarantee – If anything is wrong, we send a free replacement or full refund. No return needed – just email photos within 30 days.

Can I return if I don’t like it or chose wrong size? (+)

No – because every item is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing mistakes. Please check our Size Chart carefully before ordering.

My tracking hasn’t updated / says delivered but I didn’t get it? (+)

• Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
• Check with neighbors or mailbox
• If still missing after 60 days → full refund or free replacement

Will I have to pay customs fees (international orders)? (+)

Yes – customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and not included in the order total.

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store? (+)

We are a U.S.-registered company (Fadova LLC, Wyoming) but operate 100% online. Our designs are created in-house (USA), and we partner with specialized fulfillment centers in Vietnam, China, and Mexico to ensure the best quality and shipping speed for each region.
